Indian Blanket watercolor print is from my Texas Wildflower Series. This flower is also called firewheel, sundance and perfume ball. This flower reminded me of the Pendleton Wool blankets from my home state of Oregon. It's named refers to its ability to colonize, spreading and blanketing the soil.
